We often have the best of intentions to practice meditation at home but find it difficult to make time for it, with all the things that have to be done and all the demands on our attention.
So coming to a place which is dedicated to giving time and space for our inner growth and meeting up with other people who are also looking for that nourishment of the spirit can be just what we need.
For that reason we are offering an open meditation session for all of you who feel you could benefit from this, at our Edinburgh centre.
After a brief introduction to meditation, its purpose and how to approach it, we will give a guided practice of deep relaxation, which is fundamental to any practice of meditation.
